Writers
Your writer needs to be knowledgeable and good at what they do. Who’s writing for you here? At time of writing, there are just under 50 writers on staff, 10 of whom are from the UK. There are 15 writers with Masters degrees, and 5 with PhDs. As the site is called BritainTuition, why are so few of the writers from Britain itself? We were expecting to see more local writers, instead you may well get a non-native English speaker writing your essay.

Company trust
When looking at any writing company, you need to check out their trust signals. These are things on the website that show you they’re a legit company. There are plenty of companies out there that look good, but will actually sell on your data if you’re not careful. Here, there is a physical address for the company which shows they are real, and therefore trustworthy. We would have liked to see a full privacy policy too, but that didn’t appear to be on the site.

Quality
You’re reading this because you need to know if the writers here can put together the best essay possible. Are they really as good as they say they are? We’ve been talking to past customers, who have received real essays from them in the past. What did they get, and was it up to their standards?
They told us that in many cases, they saw problems with the citations in their essays. Citations are so important, and you need to know that you’ll get the right citations in your work. Some citations were done in the wrong style, some were done incorrectly, and some were missing entirely. This was discouraging to see.

Like with most sites, you’ll need to know how soon you need your essay, and how long it needs to be, to get a price. As an example, a 2 page 2:1 level essay, due in 10 days, will cost £17.98 GBP. Unlike other writing services, you can’t get a discount as a first-time customer. There are also no additional services that you can use.

Customer service
As you’d expect, there’s a customer service team that will help you with any queries you have with your order. They’re open 24/7 and you can contact them in several different ways. Many customers have found, though, that one you get in contact with them, it’s going to take a long time to hear back from them. This is obviously less than ideal when you’re up against deadlines.

They don’t value the customer needs and money. Only profit minded. They are not punctual also. They have a refund policy which is almost trying to fool the customer. Don’t ever use this company for your assignments. Please consider my words. It’s a waste company. They cheated me and my friends.
