All in all, it’s hard to recommend Ivory Research to any student studying together. They’ve talked themselves up a lot in their promotional materials, saying that they’re trustworthy and high quality. From what we’ve seen though, that’s far from the case. The incidences of plagiarism in their work is something that can’t be ignored. When UK universities are on high alert for plagiarism in their students’ essays, you can’t take that chance. We suggest you to find more reputable academic writing service.
Top Essay Services in UK
IvoryResearch.com Review
Ivory Research is a UK based company and proud of it. They believe that by being based and registered in the UK, they’re protecting their customers from other, less reputable academic writing services. Does the quality of their work live up to the hype, or are they delivering less than expected?
Writers
IvoryResearch claim that all of their writers are from the UK, and have degrees of at least 2:1 grade from UK universities. At time of writing they have just under 50 writers, but only 16 are from the UK itself. 24 have Masters degrees and 4 have PhDs. When they’re making these claims on their website, it’s a serious concern that such a small percentage of the writers are actually UK natives.

Company trust
Ivory Research, as mentioned earlier, make it a point of pride that they’re registered in the UK. They have their business number listed, as well as their physical address. They also have a guarantee that your personal details will never be sold on, making the service completely confidential. You can even stay anonymous if you prefer. On the face of it, it sounds like a pretty good deal.

Quality
In their guarantees, Ivory Research promise that they will never resell your essay, making yours completely original. Also, they say that your essay is checked for plagiarism before it’s sent on to you. However, it’s been noted by past customers that their essays have been sold on to other customers, and incidences of plagiarism have been very high in their work. After all the promises of them being a legit company, this is worrying.

Price
Prices will vary, as they do with most academic writing services. In our tests, we priced up a 2:1 standard essay at 500 word or 2 pages long, to be delivered within ten days. The price came out at £120 GBP, with a draft at £24 GBP and a plan at £18 GBP. There are no discounts on offer. For the quality they’re able to offer, this price seems very high.

Customer service
Ivoryresearch.com have a refund and revision policy in place, where you can have either done with your essay, but you’re only given seven days in which to do so. That’s a really tight turn around given what most companies will give you. They do also have pre and post sales assistance available, either by phone, email, or live chat. However, given the quality of the work on offer, it’s safe to say that the customer service isn’t up to a high standard either.

They overcharged me and the exam notes I ordered were an exact copy of my lecture slides indeed in the order section I request the writer to summarise the essential reading articles in their own words for me. But they just produced an exact copy of my lecture slides. They are unwilling to refund the amount of the money I paid though I am still unhappy with the amendments. They overcharged me at around 3000 pounds for each set of notes. Unacceptable and I am very angry.
I used to work as a freelance writer for Ivory Research and have to say that they often overcharge their clients and yet pay so little to their writers. It is a lie when they claim that they pay £100 per 1000 words. Their website is full of false claims. I would never recommend working for this company.
Missed a deadline for one essay and failed another essay. I really wouldn’t consider using this company, completely unprofessional outfit. You’re better off just doing it yourself.
It was a horrible experience for me. Avoid them.
I wasn’t happy but found it difficult to get a refund.
The referencing wasn’t adequate in the assignment.
