From what we saw, it was clear that many of their writers aren’t as skilled as advertised. Some weren’t able to proofread copy before they handed it over to their customers. That meant very obvious errors, such as spelling and grammatical mistakes, were still in the text. That meant that customers were correcting work themselves before they could even use it.
