There’s so many writing and editing services out there, it’s hard to know which one you should choose. How do you know if EditingSquad.co.uk is the right service for you? Read this review to find out.

Writers

Every writing service needs to have a robust team of writers on board, to help them give the best service possible to students. What does the team at EditingSquad look like? Right now, there are just under 50 writers on staff, 12 of whom are from the UK. There are 18 writers with Masters degrees, and 5 with PhDs. It was a surprise to see so few writers on the staff. The average is around 100, so they’re missing quite a few writers in their line up.

Company trust

When ordering with a writing service, you need to be sure that they’re going to take good care of your confidential data. Can you be sure this service won’t sell on your data, or let others know you’re ordering with them? There’s no privacy policy on their site, but there are some clues that they’re trustworthy. There’s an address for their physical location listed, and an assurance that they take confidentiality seriously in their FAQ.

Quality

Any good writing service needs to be able to write good quality essays. If you’re going to order with this service, are they going to be able to give you what you need? We’ve been asking the same question, looking at samples of their work and reading reviews from past customers, to see what they had to say.
It appears that many of the writers assigned to students here didn’t have the expertise in the right subject. That lead to less than stellar essays, missing information that was vital to the essay itself. This could be because there’s such a small staff, so writers are assigned to students whether they know their subject or not.

With most services, you’ll be able to get a quote on the price before you order with them. However, with Editing Squad this isn’t possible. Instead, you’ll need to get in touch with them and hand over your details, in order to get a quote. You can get a 40% discount as a new customer, but there are no additional services available.

There’s a customer service team on hand to lend support whenever you need it. They can help with every aspect of the ordering process, so you can get help if it’s not going to plan. Some customers are reporting, though, that it takes a long time to get an answer when you get in touch. Students will be up against a deadline, so this isn’t ideal.
